First, visit the Mumble download page at https://www.mumble.info/downloads/ and download the appropriate version of Mumble for your operating system.
Once the download is complete, run the Mumble installer by double-clicking the downloaded file.
Follow the installation wizard’s prompts to complete the installation process. You can choose to install Mumble to the default location or choose a different location on your computer.
During the installation process, you will be prompted to choose a certificate. It’s recommended to choose the option “I want to create a new certificate” and follow the instructions to set up your certificate. This will help to secure your Mumble connection.
Once the installation is complete, open Mumble from the Start menu or by double-clicking the desktop shortcut if one was created during the installation process.
The first time you open Mumble, you will be prompted to configure your audio settings. Make sure your microphone and speakers are correctly configured and that your volume levels are set correctly. You can adjust these settings later by going to the Mumble settings.
Next, you will be prompted to create a new server connection. Click the “Add New” button to create a new server connection.
In the “New Server” dialog box, enter a name for your connection, such as “FiveM Server“, and then enter the server address and port number provided by the FiveM server administrator.
Once you’ve entered the required information, click “OK” to save your new server connection. You can connect to this server by selecting it from the server list and clicking the “Connect” button.
You should now be connected to the FiveM server and ready to start using Mumble to communicate with other players.
