This is a border over the whole map including border patrols. I used this border for the split of 2 countrys (USA/Mexico) on a roleplay Server
How to install:
Download the File
Extract the “zip” file
Singleplayer: Open OpenIV and put the “xml” file to GTAV/meyoostuff/spooner
FiveM server: put the file in your server map file – start the map
