Ped models are pedestrian models that are customized skins. You can change your ped model on ESX with commands or custom character clothing menus like the Nopixel clothes.
Are those peds official?
Yes, Nopixel uses this pack on their server. You can customize the package. The package has many peds, even godzilla ped, in the package. Also Mando from Mandalorian, Hulk, etc.
