Refund policy / Return Warranty / Cancellation Policy

Our site promises the best service for our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you. We are not obligated to offer refunds, but we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. If you have problems with a script, please contact the seller via the ticket system within the next day. If you do not come to a solution to make the script work, you can request to get you money refunded. To protect our customers and sellers, we decide case-by-case.

You have 24 hours (of original purchase date/time) to inspect, test and implement resource from our store from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return you must provide us with exact reason of your refund request
Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number)
Keep in mind that there’s support team to help you in case you’re struggling/ran into issues with installing some of our scripts before initiating refund request.

By default, purchases will be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase, but this may not always be possible depending on the payment method. You and FiveM-Mods may also agree that the refund be issued by alternative method. Please note the amount of time for the refund to process is dependent on your payment method.

Once your refund has been approved and processed, it might take 5-10 days to appear on your account. You will get notified if your refund is confirmed via mail.
