Getting started with the 2021 Modern Mansion mod is straightforward! Follow these steps for both the single-player (SP) and FiveM versions.

Single-Player Installation:

Extract all files from the 21MODERNMANSION.zip.
Move the 21modernmansion folder into:
- Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
