How To Install ESX Scripts

Step 1: Access Your Server

1. Launch your preferred FTP client or SSH client.
2. Enter the server credentials to connect.
3. Navigate to the directory where your FiveM server files are located (usually the server's root directory).

Step 2: Locate the Resources Folder

1. Once connected to your server, locate the "resources" folder within the FiveM server directory.
2. This folder is where all server-side scripts and resources are stored.

Step 3: Upload ESX Scripts

1. Open the ESX scripts folder on your local machine.
2. Select all the script files and folders.
3. Drag and drop them into the "resources" folder on your server.

Step 4: Edit server.cfg File

1. Within the server's root directory, locate the "server.cfg" file.
2. Open the "server.cfg" file using a text editor.
3. Add the following line at the end of the file:
   ensure [esx_script_name]
   Replace "[esx_script_name]" with the name of the ESX script you want to install. Repeat this step for each ESX script you've uploaded.

Step 5: Save Changes and Restart Server

1. Save the changes made to the "server.cfg" file.
2. Restart your FiveM server to load the newly installed ESX scripts.
3. Monitor the server console for any errors related to the scripts.
4. Once the server is running without issues, the ESX scripts should be active and ready to use.
